1. About us

XQI Notes is a digital study-materials store operated by Kairan Feng as an individual, based in Ontario, Canada. Everything sold here is a digital PDF delivered by email. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. What you are buying

We currently sell three items: AP Chemistry notes, AP Biology notes, and a bundle of both. Each item is a PDF file. Buying the bundle gives you two separate PDF files, not one combined file.

The chapter list shown on each product page is what that PDF actually covers. We do not promise that the notes cover every topic on any particular exam, or that they match any examination body's most recent syllabus. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board or any examination body.

3. What you may do with it

After purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the PDF for your own study. You may download it, keep it, and print it for yourself.

You may not: resell, rent, or distribute the file to anyone else; upload it to a public site, document library, shared drive link, or anywhere else others can obtain it; remove or alter copyright notices in the file; or use the content commercially.

Copyright in these notes belongs to Kairan Feng. Buying a copy does not transfer copyright.

4. Delivery and time limits

Once payment succeeds, an email containing a download link is sent to the address you entered at checkout.

That link is valid for 7 days from the time it is sent. Once you open the download page, a single session stays valid for up to 2 hours. Each item allows 5 successful downloads.

These limits are anti-abuse measures on the link, not limits on your right to use the file — once downloaded, the file is yours to keep.

If your link expires or your downloads run out, email support@xqinotes.com and we will reissue it.

5. Who may buy

You must have reached the age of majority where you live to buy on your own. If you are under the age of majority but at least 13, you must have your guardian's permission. We do not sell to anyone under 13.

You confirm this at checkout. That confirmation is recorded and retained.

6. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) depending on what you select at checkout. The price shown is what you pay.

We do not currently collect additional tax. If that changes, it will be shown clearly at checkout and will apply only to orders placed after the change.

7. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own policies govern how it handles your data.

8. Refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: digital items are not refundable simply because you changed your mind; if delivery itself fails, we reissue first, and anything the reissue does not solve is handled under that policy.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site and download service available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control is not a breach. If it prevents you from downloading within your link's validity period, contact us for a reissue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any item is limited to the amount you actually paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or lost expected benefit.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including rights you cannot waive under Canadian consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version in effect when it was placed, and that version identifier is stored with the order. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
